Arcuate vessels course across the dorsum of the male forefoot, with dorsal metatarsal arteries running distally over the intermetatarsal spaces and dividing near the metatarsophalangeal joints into paired dorsal digital arteries for adjacent toes. Along the lateral (fibular) border, branches align with the fifth metatarsal and lateral tarsal region, while more medial channels track toward the hallux and first intermetatarsal space. Superficial dorsal veins (blue) accompany the arterial tree, forming dorsal digital veins that converge proximally toward the dorsal venous arch.
