Right intermediate bronchus is rendered in a rightward lateral presentation, continuing inferiorly from the right main bronchus after the takeoff of the right superior lobar bronchus. Along its lateral contour, the right middle lobar bronchus arises anteriorly and slightly inferiorly, while the right inferior lobar bronchus originates more posteriorly and distal, directing airflow toward the lower lobe segments. Proximally, the distal trachea and carina sit superior and medial to the intermediate bronchus within the intrathoracic mediastinal context. Orientation is clear.
