Rendered in lateral profile within a transparent male head, the telencephalon is seen as the dominant supratentorial mass with the frontal lobe positioned anteriorly, the parietal lobe superior and slightly posterior, and the occipital lobe forming the posterior pole. The lateral sulcus (Sylvian fissure) creates a clear demarcation, with the temporal lobe lying inferior to it and extending anterior to posterior along the sidewall of the cranium. Cortical gyri and sulci are modeled with naturalistic relief, while the translucent calvaria and facial skeleton provide bony context without obscuring the cerebral surface. Blue-highlighted cerebral vasculature tracks over the convexity and into the neck, where the cervical spine and major cervicocranial vessels align beneath the skull base.
