Presented from a medial forearm (antebrachium) perspective beneath the dermis, the superficial flexor-pronator mass is arranged from the medial epicondyle of the humerus distally toward the wrist. Pronator teres crosses obliquely from proximal medial to lateral radius, while flexor carpi ulnaris lies most medially, tracking along the ulnar border toward the pisiform and base of the fifth metacarpal. Flexor carpi radialis and palmaris longus occupy a more anterior position and pass distally as tendons toward the carpal region, with flexor digitorum superficialis deeper and more centrally placed, sending tendons toward the digits. Orientation is clear. A medial view like this matters because it mirrors how clinicians palpate and approach the volar forearm, where tendons become superficial and neurovascular structures crowd the ulnar side.
