Major arterial outflow tracks superiorly from the left ventricle into the ascending aorta and aortic arch, then continues as the descending thoracic aorta, while the pulmonary trunk arises anteriorly and bifurcates toward the pulmonary arteries. Venous return is conveyed by the superior and inferior venae cavae into the right atrium, with paired subclavian and internal jugular veins contributing proximally and peripheral vessels extending distally into the upper limbs. Red arterial and blue venous channels are shown in clear spatial relation to the chest wall, shoulders, and proximal arm musculature.
