Description
Arising from the medial supraorbital region and blending with adjacent slips of orbicularis oculi and corrugator supercilii, the depressor supercilii is highlighted superior to the orbit, just deep to the brow tissues and inferior to the frontalis. Its fibers course inferomedially toward the medial canthus, lying anterior to the frontal bone and in close proximity to the supraorbital rim.
